• Maintain proper stock Identification, Location & Positioning throughout the warehouse.

• Keep tracking of FIFO and FEFO (In priority basis).

• Prepare and update BIN card on the spot after delivery or receiving of products.

• Prepare GRN and update registrar immediately after receiving goods if necessary.

• Strong monitoring while loading the FG into the trucks.

• Keep coordination with Production regarding their requisition and receiving scrap materials.

• Monitor QA sampled items and maintains standard use of the items according to SOP Receiving Finished Goods from Production physically.

• Maintain a delivery and receiving registrar with production.

• Ensure the requisites are from approved current LOT`s prior to deliver them to production.

• Coordinate and inform with the next shift supervisor about the current conditions at the end of own shift.

• Report and inform to Store Officer immediately if there is any abnormalities.

• Guide the Hemalies to maintain company standards throughout the full operational process.
