∎ Excellent communication & Team skills.
∎ Good team player, well organized, and detail-oriented.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Power Point Presentation, and ERP etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have sound knowledge to supervise overall factory production of Backers & snacks Item.
∎ Must able to carry out highest output from all production related staffs & labor of factory.
∎ Able to supervise & Monitor all Operators day to day activities & motivated them for highest output.
∎ Monitor production process / Personal & product hygiene to ensure that all the products meet desire production standard first to last.
∎ Responsible for Segregate all products and materials that fail to meet specification as per SOP & Production Hazard control.
∎ To monitor day to day production works, deliver superior instructions & create Various Report. Monitor & Manage Machine Run time report, Time & Employee Management, Analyze Man VS Machine Ratio & Productivity.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
