Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in coating/ production industry
Hands-on experience in machine operation and maintenance
Responsibilities & Context:
Set up, operate, and maintain coating machines for foil application and color shade coating
Monitor and control the solvent-based coating process
Check machine conditions and cleanliness at the start of each shift
Record daily production data, roll balances and any issues in monitoring forms
Coordinate with related departments for smooth workflow
Follow safety, food safety and hygiene guidelines
Support seniors and perform additional tasks as assigned
