∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Shipping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up with SAPL authority for timely dispatch of containers to vessel hook point.
∎ Follow-up with SAPL authority for timely stuffing of containers from SAPL.
∎ Checking with assigned port contact to know if container loaded on board the F/vessel.
∎ Pursue with SAPL to keep running smooth unloading of cargo.
∎ Minimize companies Truck waiting time through managing space at CFS.
∎ Manage smooth cargo stuffing during festival time so that there is no shut of CNTRs.
∎ Have team meeting every day with all other team members for operational review
∎ Constant Mentoring of Team members to enrich them with process and learning.
∎ Motivate team members to achieve team goals.
∎ Help team members in problematic situations and solve the issues.
∎ Generate innovative ideas and share with HOD for team development.
∎ Making prompt and SMART decisions to benefit company.
∎ Keep knowledge network open to innovate new ideas in CFS operation.
∎ Verify and check the Prepared reports of Team Members.
∎ Prepare weekly container report and send back to Dhaka Office.
∎ Prepare Chottogram port update and circulate.
∎ Follow up with surveyor to check if they are working as per set SOP.
∎ Keep tracking news and provide situation update report about port city, off dock and port.
∎ Prepare port congestion update and circulate to related stakeholders.
∎ Gather port statistics from CTG port and prepare shipping line wise lifting reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 46 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Negotiations skills.
∎ Proper knowledge on QC.
∎ Experience on CFS Operation.
