Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferable B.Sc in Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, jacket, woven Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation Bulletin (OB) preparation to be done for layout.
∎ Every month machinery requirement plan to be prepared and arrange to in house necessary machine in advance by coordinating with Factory GM-Operation & IE.
∎ Arrange to in-house folders and attachment well in advance based on scheduled production plan.
∎ Skill Matrix updating once in three month.
∎ Updating the SMV Database based on method improvement.
∎ Monitoring weekly performance reports of individuals aResponnd conduct meeting to improve their performance.
∎ Responsible for monitoring & improving the productivity and efficiency of the production lines.
∎ Responsibilities will include ensuring optimum utilization of resources by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and improving methods bringing about simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work force.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facility

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
