Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder.
∎ Bill of Entry overdue monitoring.
∎ Generate a report of BTB LC/TT/RTGS as and when required.
∎ Manage accurate archival arrangement of all import docs, files & folders.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, Customs Act, Customs Bond formalities, import policy and other related laws, as well as banking terms & documentation.
∎ Liaise with bank officials to collect document acceptance against LC's opened by our customers.
∎ Be part of a team involved in import LC opening, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.)
∎ Prepare LC Proposals for BTB LC/ TT/ FDD / Cash LC.
∎ Perform credit analyses based on existing customer portfolio
∎ Interact with all areas of the bank to to support our Managers.
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practically Experienced in commercial export documents making for a Garments manufacturing factory.
