Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the daily operations of the Tea Project Office
∎ Assist in the evaluation and tasting of tea samples.
∎ Support the procurement process by coordinating sample collection & quality review.
∎ Maintain and update all purchase-related documents, records, and logs accurately.
∎ Collaborate with the tea production plant /processing team to ensure alignment of supply with production needs.
∎ Coordinate with the Tea Board (TTAB) and other relevant authorities and stay updated with Tea Board circulars, rules and updates.
∎ Monitor and maintain daily office expenses, including petty cash handling, bill payments and expense recording, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
