Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the day -to- day accounting posting & ledger.
Adjustment of bills, e.g. rebate, damage, trade deal commission, incentive etc. in ORACLE ERP system.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
Reconcile money receipts based on sales order as per sales statement stated by distributors.
Review Money receipt based on online receivable/deposits.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, codes of conduct and ensures that they are timely communicated and properly implemented within the team.
