Responsibilities & Context:
Product costing, Contribution Margin (CM) analysis, Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis, Margin of Safety (MS) analysis.
Regular inspection of yield, wastage, and defective goods to ensure standard production, consumption of materials and cost.
Forecast, prepare and implement the annual budget in consultation with the reporting authority.
Prepare report on margin (up to the contribution margin) by product.
Prepare report on periodic variance along with their reason.
Review budgeted and actual costs.
Prepare productivity report.
Ensure proper support and coordination with all related concerned for day-to-day operations.
Build company image/ goodwill which leads to sustainable growth and profitability.
Prepare miscellaneous report for financial accounting purpose in consultation with reporting authority.
