Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform physical & chemical tests on raw & packaging materials, intermediate and finished food products.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of test results.
Conduct shelf-life, organoleptic/sensory test and stability studies of products.
Knowledge with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, Halal, and food safety regulations.
Adherence- with on line QC and gather proper knowledge about production line.
Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and report deviations.
Operate laboratory instruments such as weighing scale, pH meter, pectrophotometer, moisture analyzer, refractometer etc.
Perform calibration and basic troubleshooting of lab equipment.
Follow laboratory safety protocols, including handling of chemicals, etc.
