Responsibilities & Context:

This role ensures that employees continuously acquire and enhance skills that meet the organization’s goals, industry standards, and individual career progression. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the Training and Development programs for all employees. The position also focuses on creating a culture of continuous learning and development to improve employee performance, retention, and satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:

Training Program Development & Delivery:

  • Design and execute training programs to meet the needs of various departments, levels, and job categories.

  • Conduct needs assessments through employee feedback, performance appraisals, and department goals to identify training gaps.

  • Deliver training sessions in areas such as technical skills, customer service, compliance, and soft skills.

  • Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives and team needs.

Employee Development:

  • Develop career development plans for employees, including leadership development programs, mentoring, and coaching.

  • Oversee the management and implementation of individual development plans for employees to ensure career growth and progression.

Training Evaluation:

  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance reviews and post training assessments.

  • Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvement to ensure training initiatives meet business objectives.

Training Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and cost efficiently.

  • Research and recommend external training providers and learning platforms, ensuring high quality programs at competitive prices.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
