Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall performance management & analysis including monitoring Daily KPI of Sales Representatives
∎ Potential candidate must know how to handle any job to manage sales team
∎ Recruitment of sales team
∎ Helping in performance appraisal & confirmation of sales team
∎ Leave & attendance management of sales team
∎ Processing disciplinary action if required
∎ Any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proactive, innovative and open minded with sound people management skills

Salary: Negotiable
