Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.
∎ Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
∎ Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
∎ Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize programs, and support employee skill enhancement.
∎ Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on setting goals and evaluating results.
∎ Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining legal and ethical standards.
∎ Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.
∎ HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HRIS for reporting and analysis.
∎ Talent Management: Support succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
∎ Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and organizational culture.
