∎ Technical knowledge of pattern and grading, garment construction, and sewing techniques for lingerie products.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

∎ Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to align technical specifications with product vision.
∎ Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed technical specifications.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
∎ Manage technical budgets and control costs in the operational processes.
