Responsibilities & Context:
Manage full sample development process from design input to final approvals
Lead CAD, pattern, and sample room teams ensuring fit accuracy and manufacturability
Oversee fabric consumption, marker efficiency, and costing accuracy
Implement development improvements to reduce lead time and enhance quality
Managed end-to-end sample execution aligned with bulk production requirements
Supported innovation and development efficiency across multiple categories
Salary: Basic: $3,000 House Rent: $400 Conveyance: $100
Educational Requirements: MBA/ Diploma in Garment Manufacturing
