Responsibilities & Context:
Expert knowledge in automation solutions for direct/indirect operations in apparel manufacturing processes including cutting, sewing and finishing operations.
Understanding on coloration techniques such as jet dyeing, beam dyeing, rotary drum dyeing, continuous dyeing, water less coloration techniques.
Engagement with worldwide network of Technology partners and connectivity with European and UK universities.
Ensure the targets set for both Top line and Bottom line via Strategic planning, Customer mapping and Execution.
Reset and redesign the business process and technology to stabilize the operation, reduce cost, develop new customers to bring profitability.
Carry out necessary tech assessments, supplier selection, conducting proof of concept and commercialization of those relevant technologies in order to realize high savings.
Drive the cross functional teams including Ops and IE to identify and commercialize direct and indirect manufacturing technologies which gives highest potential savings.
