Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed apparel manufacturing company is looking for experienced and result-driven professionals to lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) function for Woven Tops, Bottoms, and Knit divisions.
Lead IE activities including SMV, capacity planning, and line balancing
Drive productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Analyze production data and implement process improvements
Ensure effective manpower planning and utilization
Monitor IE KPIs and prepare management reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, QA)
