Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree/ Master's degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To follow-up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ Monitor compliance certification BSCI, C-TPAT, SEDEX, SCAN, WRAP, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, ACCORD/RSC & ALLIANCE / NIRAPON, SLCP, FSC, GRS, OCS, ISO etc. and handle their different type of audits with requirements.
∎ Prepare and deliver various types of buyer documents on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Monthly evaluation/ check the all fire safety and electrical installation.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits.
∎ Educate and train factories on compliance standards and requirements.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have clear knowledge & experience on Social Compliance.
∎ Submit the CAP and remediation evidence to buyer.
∎ Monthly evaluation/ check the all fire safety and electrical installation.
∎ Candidate should have good command in English both oral & Written.
∎ Has to be skilled in computer operation ie ( Excell, MS word, photoshop, PP).
∎ Have to be an expert in Compliance, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization.
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
