Regulatory Affairs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Registration of Biofertilizers, Biopesticides and other Agro Products with appropriate authorities.
∎ Anchor Relationship Management of Key Regulatory Stakeholders such as DAE, BARC, the Ministry of Agriculture and other relevant Government Bodies
∎ Collaboration with different research institutes and universities.
∎ Preparation of Regulatory Documents for submission to proper Authorities.
∎ Maintaining good liaison with BARI, BRRI, BINA, SRDI and other Research Institutes and Universities.
∎ Frequent visits to different Agricultural Zones and collection of market related information.
∎ Preparing Training Materials as well as Publication and Promotional Materials.
∎ Market Survey and collection of knowledge about Biotech Products in the Market and develop ideas for new Products.
∎ Maintaining close communication with R&D Unit and the Factory.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years' Experience in dealing with regulatory issues of Bio-fertilizers & Bio-pesticides industries.
∎ Knowledge about Government Laws and Policies about Bio-fertilizers and Bio-pesticides.
∎ Knowledge about Microbial Fertilizers.
∎ Market research to identify the new Biotech Products and Market Opportunities and develop Business Plans.
∎ To prepare Financial Analysis and Feasibility of new projects and report to top management.
∎ Strong knowledge about Data Analysis Software (MSRTC, SPSS, SAS, Mintab)
∎ High level of analytical, independent thought and collaborative ability.
∎ Ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
∎ Should have strong communication skill both in English and Bengali (verbal as well as written).
∎ Knowledge about intellectual property rights.
∎ Training/ Event/ Workshop Management.
∎ Ability to drive Motorcycle.
∎
