• Experience in the Quality Assurance field with a strong background of working with leading RMG companies in Bangladesh is essential.

• Proven ability to manage large production volumes and manpower effectively.

• Certification in Quality Assurance courses will be highly preferred.

• Thorough understanding of international quality standards, processes, and industry best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and buyer requirements.

• Oversee the implementation of QA processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement in quality.

• Monitor the work of In-charges in Cutting, Sewing, CAD & Pattern, Washing, Finishing & Product Safety teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues.

• Manage a large team of quality controllers, auditors, and supervisors, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to address and resolve quality concerns.

• Prepare and present quality reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
