Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting targets, preparing floor layouts, and optimizing men, machines, materials, and workspace to reduce cost and lead time by improving efficiency and waste control.

• Lay out the production schedule to meet production quantities, peak targets, and plan efficiency.

• Monitor Wet Process production and ensure the optimum utilization of men, machines, and materials in the Wet Process section.

• Coordinate and follow-up with external and internal departments for delivery, special delivery and shipment according to plan and style-wise delivery closing to meet deadlines with approved quality.

• Check batch preparation, including shade level and weight, obtain approval signature of the production head on the recipe and display this on the machine, confirm the reference shade for enzyme, bleach, clean, tint, etc., before loading garments into the machine.

• Ensure Final Quality DHU related to the Wet Process, control re-wash and rejection percentage remain within the approved percentage for different styles; randomly check shade level and weight of ready batches.

• Monitor and maintain batch hydro time, dryer temperature, and cooling time as per recipe for each style/wash, follow up on critical wash processes such as E-flow, acid wash, and ozone wash, ensuring sustainable procedures as per requirements.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Oracle EBS.

• Analyzing monthly production record, quality report, bulk machine utilization report, wet machine running mode Automatic Vs Manual status, etc. for further improvement.

• Face buyer audit

• Follow up on absenteeism, progress of work, disciplinary matters, and motivate people to instill a good work environment on the floor.

• Evaluate staff performance and training needs.

• Implement safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site, comply with the clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.

• Handle other responsibilities and projects assigned for business purposes.
