Execute departmental rotation assignments across key functions to develop holistic business understanding and ensure readiness for specialized roles.
Support business operations and management activities by preparing reports, analyzing operational data, and contributing to informed decision-making.
Identify process improvement opportunities within assigned departments to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Assist in project execution and task management to deliver assigned initiatives within defined timelines and expected quality standards.
Contribute to technical and functional tasks within departments such as merchandising, production, IE, quality, or corporate functions to build practical expertise.
