Responsibilities & Context:

• Responsible for utility and maintenance departments including ETP.

• Responsible for the analyzing and calculating & arranging machinery as per the production plans.

• Responsible to ensure that the sewing machine, folder & attachments required for the pre-production process such as pilot run are adjusted as per the specific buyer requirements.

• Responsibility to participate in the PP meeting conducted by the technical team representing maintenance dept. of the plant.

• Ensure effective operation of all production machinery plant and equipment as well as related process services.

• Ensure minimal lost time due to plant breakdown and immediate response to breakdowns by having a well programmed deployment of personnel to the respective areas.

• Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance as per preventive maintenance plan

• Maintenance of clear records in preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance.

• Responsible for initiation and approval of quality of technical specific items.

• Ensure appropriate selection and training of staff for the maintenance dept.
