Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role:
Lead and control all washing-related processes, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery in line with buyer requirements and golbal standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all denim washing processes (rinse, enzyme, bleach, stone wash, laser, etc.)
Ensure bulk production meets approved sample standards
Work closely with development, merchandising, and production teams
Monitor washing quality, shade, hand feel, and garment appearance
Control chemical usage, cost, and washing efficiency
Coordinate with factories to ensure timely execution and delivery
Identify and resolve washing-related issues proactively
Maintain compliance with buyer standards and sustainability requirements
Strong knowledge of denim wash techniques, chemicals, and finishing
Experience working with reputed factories / buying houses / global brands
Good understanding of costing, quality control, and production timelines
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
