Job Context
We are seeking a skilled and team-inspiring Manager (Leader) for the Store Department in our Woven Factory division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods. This role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities to ensure smooth operations in the store department while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely material availability.
Job Responsibilities
Reorganize and establish a structured layout for the entire Store (Fabric, Accessories, Finished Goods, General Store, Spare Parts, etc.)
Introduce process improvements and digital tracking systems where applicable
Monitor stock movement (receiving, storing, issuing materials) between different departments (procurement, production, and dispatch).
Ensure timely availability of materials (Fabric, Accessories, etc.) to avoid production delays
Prevent stock discrepancies, damages, and theft through strong control measures
Implement proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time stock visibility.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and wastage.
Prepare regular inventory reports immediate after receiving goods.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and internal policies
Prepare for internal and external audits (buyer, compliance, customs)
Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies and wastage.

Maintain proper documentation (GRN, Issue Slip, Gate Pass, etc.)
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Commercial, and Accounts departments
Look after all shipment activities including documents, packing, and dispatch as per schedule.
Check packing, quantity, and supervise loading to avoid any shortage or excess during shipment.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maintain discipline and efficiency
Maintain liaison with customs authorities and related stakeholders.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
