Job Overview
WILD BD is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Retail Manager to lead retail operations and manage the end-to-end "Order-to-Cash" cycle. The ideal candidate will oversee the retail team and drive sales through strategic planning and digital execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client communications via WhatsApp and Messenger.
Manage all orders and customer interactions in CRM.
Oversee full Order-to-Cash cycle.
Manage SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway and API issues.
Coordinate logistics with Steadfast delivery.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Plan marketing campaigns and promotions.
Lead and manage the retail team.
