Call Center Expertise: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a professional call center or tele-marketing environment.
Resilience: Ability to maintain a high volume of 100+ calls per day while remaining results-oriented and persuasive.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the retail fashion sector in Bangladesh is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, digital payment APIs (SSLCOMMERZ), and logistics platforms.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to close sales effectively over the phone.

Job Overview
WILD BD is expanding its retail division and is looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Telesales & Customer Success Lead. We need a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing high-volume outbound calling while maintaining the premium customer service standards of our fashion brand.
Work Schedule
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Working Days: 6 days a week (Friday off).
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Outreach: Execute 100 to 150 effective outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
Order Conversion: Drive the retail sales funnel by securing firm order confirmations for our fashion clothing lines.
CRM & Digital Management: Log all customer interactions and order statuses accurately within our CRM system.
Multi-Channel Support: Handle follow-up communications and inquiries via WhatsApp and Messenger.
Order-to-Cash Ownership: Oversee the complete cycle from the initial call to payment confirmation.
Payment & Logistics Coordination: Troubleshoot SSLCOMMERZ gateway issues and coordinate timely dispatches with Steadfast delivery.
Campaign Feedback: Provide real-time insights from customer calls to help plan future marketing promotions.
Overtime: There is no overtime.
Commission: Significant commission structure with the possibility to earn nearly 40,000 BDT total per month.
