Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follows the recruitment, selection and hiring process and procedure to ensure that the recruitment, selection and hiring processes are performed in accordance with CDD HR Policy requirement.
∎ Handles confidential HR and non-routine information and explains departmental policies when necessary.
∎ Reviews and ensures that all required documents for Staff Requisition Process are complete and ready for obtaining final approval. Coordinates and prepares necessary paperwork
∎ Functions as initial point of contact for employees with HR-related questions. Develops and implements orientation programs, exit programs for hired staff.
∎ Recommends improvements or changes in systems, processes, or procedures to management.
∎ Provides monthly employee timekeeping report, attendance report, leave report and others report as per requirement.
∎ Manages hotel reservation, venue reservation and vehicle reservation for foreign or national consultants or employees.
∎ Performs a variety of administrative support activities in order to strengthen the ability of the project(s) to achieve development results through the provision of admin support and services.
∎ Ensures smooth operations of the office through proper maintenance, organization and coordination of office facilities, supplies, equipment & vehicles.
∎ Coordinates and manages vehicle maintenance & check vehicle log books daily.
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by CDD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival allowance will be calculated on prorate basis.
