• Experience working with marginalized or vulnerable populations is preferred.

Language

• Fluency in spoken Rohingya or Chittagonian language.

• Ability to read and write Bangla fluently.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose of Register:

The Registrar will support the effective functioning of the health facility by ensuring accurate patient registration, organized patient flow, and timely reporting in Project for promotion of primary and secondary prevention of non-communicable diseases and strengthening its follow-up system in Forcibility Displaced Myanmar Nationals in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. The role is critical in maintaining reliable health records, supporting emergency referrals, and contributing to data quality and coordination within the health system in the Rohingya camp setting.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Daily Patient Registration in the health facility
  • Controlling the patient crowd according to the system and need.
  • Assist in various reporting such as DHIS2, CIC, Health Focal, EWARS, 4W, sectoral, case, events, and ad-hoc
  • Assist the facility team in emergency referral within the camp
  • Engaged in other emergency activities as and when required
  • Ensure data validation by cross-checking with registrar books, tally sheets, and other documents
  • Ensure adequate stock of daily tally sheet, patient form, and registration.
  • Quality, Ethics, and Compliance
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and follow organizational Code of Conduct, PSEA, and workplace safety policies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings for information sharing, coordination, and service improvement.
  • Attend trainings, capacity-building activities, and organizational programs as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the authority relevant to Health Post operations.


Job Other Benifits:
    • Gross Salary: BDT 30,000 per month
