Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Honors with Masters in Accounting.
∎ Partial qualifications of CA or ICMA will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Experience in Tally ERP 9 software is a must

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly financial report of the organization.
∎ Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Carry out daily financial transactions and ensure the transactions are properly recorded in Accounting System/software Tally ERP.
∎ Prepare monthly and daily budget and forward head office for fund arrangement.
∎ Operation Budget prepared
∎ To arrange monthly staff salary payment, arrange /daily/weekly /monthly payments and process vouchers /transaction posting into software on regular basis.
∎ Assist in procurement process and ensure all compliances including documents of competitive process.
∎ Process the vendor's payments in timely.
∎ Prepare bank book on a regular basis. Produce financial report with monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Ensure compliance of Tax & VAT in procurement of goods and services and External Audits.
∎ Post & pre budget Compression report Making
∎ Creditors and Advance List prepared (with ageing)
∎ FDI Return prepared and Submit to Bank
∎ Sales Report prepared monthly and Buyer wise
∎ Support to Accounts/Financial Audit (Internal & External)
∎ Other duty assigned by Accounts manager & management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) professional experience as a Sr. Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts & Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):RMG, Group of Companies.
∎ Age limit 30 to 40 year(s)
∎ Clear knowledge about RMG industry;
∎ Proven knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations;
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software ERP or Others and databases.
∎ Should be smart, energetic & honest.
∎ Should poses strong personality, leadership and loyal to the company
Salary: Negotiable
