∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having experience technical works of Spinning Mill.
∎ Ensure achieve target production.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Responsible for production manpower.
∎ Utilize appropriate systems to manage production, analysis and documentation.
∎ To work for develop manpower skill.
∎ In-charge of improving the performance and skills of workers.
∎ Support to all other units/departments with related issues.
∎ Ensure that the company's rules & procedures are adhere to.
∎ Create and implement SOP for every level of manufacturing activity.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge any compliance issues (GOTS/OCS/OEKO-TEX/RCS/GRS etc.)
∎ Responsible for monthly inventory.
∎ Good Command Skill.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
