Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor the company HR plan and policies in the factory and provide full and professional HR services to the factory.
∎ Prepare, plan, and Implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the Company's policy and procedure.
∎ Improve employee relations, communication as well as grievance-handling issues
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment, Selection & Training as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure.
∎ Prepare Monthly Salary Kromee software And other Kromme related Work
∎ Prepare, send, and collect new joining documents from new joiners and file them appropriately.
∎ Ensure new joiners deployment including appointment and ID card disbursement
∎ Maintain Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment etc.
∎ Maintain All Staff personal file with all related documents.
∎ Prepare All Final Settlement .
∎ Maintain All attendance and leave records.
∎ To monitor that all HR related data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
