∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire safety Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare a fire safety plan.
∎ Ability to manage Fire safety equipment installation, checking & maintenance
∎ Candidate should have knowledge of fire hydrant system, fire drill & industrial evacuation plan when emergency.
∎ Ensure fire safety for the workplace & building.
∎ Daily fire equipment checks & maintains needful action.
∎ Knowledge on auto detection of fire.
∎ Make evacuation plan for fire safety.
∎ Conduct fire drill monthly.
∎ Regular/ weekly fire training with fire safety team & general workers.
∎ Report to management in case of any risk.
∎ Daily floor visit & ensure to Floor Compliance and follow up the Daily Compliance Check List given by the higher authority of the compliance department.
∎ To ensure having personal safety equipment like a mask, metal gloves, eye guard, needle guard, pulley cover, goggles, earplug, gumboot, rubber apron, earplug for workers are working in machines & chemical stores.
∎ Conduct the awareness program on rules and regulation, compliance & welfare issues, health, hygiene & safety; first aid, etc.
∎ Ensure effective health, safety and security system.
∎ Train personnel on Fire Fighting, use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
∎ To arrange training such as Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.
∎ Knowledge on GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, ISO Etc.
∎ To do any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Fire Safety audit.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
