∎ To suggest solutions to production process to improve quality and efficiency
∎ To suggest for cost minimization
∎ To suggest production planning
∎ To host workshops and staff presentations for manpower development
∎ To advise departmental heads to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
∎ To study new and potential trends in the industry
∎ To discover new opportunities and markets to expand business
∎ To finding new financial avenues to keep the company solvent
