Experience in developing and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of sample room operations, including pattern making, fitting, and quality control.
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including Design, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
Experience in developing and implementing process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends and advancements in sample room technology and processes.
Foster effective communication and collaboration between the Marketing/Merchandising/Product Development/Design team and the Sample Room to ensure smooth operations.
Strategically plan and allocate resources within the sample room, overseeing capacity utilization and providing guidance to resolve any technical challenges that may arise.
Proficient in CAD (Gerber) /3D (Browsware/ CLO) software, with the ability to utilize 3D fitting technology for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Demonstrate strong managerial skills in overseeing a sample room with a workforce of 100 plus sewing operators, responsible for producing around 400 samples daily.
Proficient in English communication, enabling effective interaction with direct overseas customer technical teams.
Proficiency in pattern making for knit outerwear and casual tops, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Prior experience in managing knit products and web-based sample data systems for clients such as TESCO, M&S, GEORGE, WALMART, Target USA, Target Aus, Kamrt Aus, BigW, Sainsbury, Centric, and Matalan would be considered a valuable added qualification
