Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Major in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGDSCM or CSCM will be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Inventory/Warehouse, Retail Store, Super store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategizing, designing, developing & executing the end-to-end SCM plans that are aligned to the company business goals.
∎ Monitor and Coordinate appropriate strategy for the overall activities of the Supply Chain Management department.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring of sound inventory management system.
∎ Formulating all sorts of procurement contract, agreement, AMC & CMC etc.
∎ Continuous shop wise stock requirement analysis and collect product requisition from the shops and make a delivery program to transfer the same
∎ Coordinate with the shop in charges and concern product manager for stock replenishment and take the necessary initiative to transfer stocks as per their requirements from central store or from store to store.
∎ Make an alliance with SCM management, product management & production line for stock availability at all stores and take the necessary steps in case of short stock.
∎ Monitor delivered & undelivered status of products by communicating with production & other supply chain colleagues regularly
∎ Maintain all reports & statistical data of planning, projection, lifting variance, vehicle's movement, transport service & stores requirement fulfillment time.
∎ Create DO (Delivery Order) & TO (Transfer Order) of Sales and Store demand in software for smooth delivery operation
∎ Prepare daily, monthly opening & closing stock report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Retail Chain Shop / Super Store Supply Chain Management in branded / reputed company in Abroad is preferable.
∎ Excellent command over verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
∎ Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness and hardworking is must for the position
∎ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
∎ Must be in sound health condition.
∎ Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance at office.
∎ Proven track-record in managing and supervising others in supply chain, including training, capacity building & mentoring
