• Leadership & team motivation, Customer service excellence, Visual merchandising, transparent communication, Knowledge of retail software and POS systems.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to lead daily operations at our outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth outlet management, exceptional customer service, and efficient team performance while driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the store, ensuring security protocols are followed on a timely manner.

• Overseeing store maintenance and housekeeping.

• Supervise & Monitor staff attendance, grooming & office etiquette.

• Provide hands-on training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

• Conducting staff performance evaluations and providing feedback to head office.

• Motivating and leading the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer service.

• Developing sales strategies & follow different sales technique like up selling, cross selling to increase sales.

• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.

• Monitoring & managing inventory and keep track of all products information.

• Prepare regular product requisition & follow up with product management team.

• Receive goods from Central Warehouse, ensuring proper verification and documentation.

• Managing cash handling & making bank deposits (strictly follow the company policies & orders).

• Maintaining a safe and secure store environment for both customers and employees.

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Follow up day to day outlet operation related activities.
