We are seeking for a passionate and creative individual to design captivating in-store displays and layouts that reflect our brand identity, engage customers, and drive sales. You will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies in line with brand standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and execute visual displays and store layouts.
Design visually attractive store’s window displays
Use proper lighting in stores to ensure that products are highlighted effectively.
Develop and maintain a visual brand identity across multiple store locations by selecting and ordering props, signs, and display materials while staying within a budget
Keep update on current trends in retail design, fashion, and consumer behavior
Ensure all visual merchandising is consistent with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal campaigns.
Use knowledge of international fashion trends and create visually dynamic and appealing environments and adapt global visual merchandising directives into the taste and preferences of the local market.
Train sales staff on visual and displays standards and how to maintain them
Keep current on trends in retail design, fashion, and consumer behavior
Analyze sales data to know what display tactics to use to optimize the product placement for maximum sales potential
Track the impact of visual merchandising efforts on sales performance.
Requirements: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Creativity and artistic vision.
Sense of color, texture, and spatial relationships
Knowledge of current trends in fashion and design for both international & local market.
Retail psychology and knowledge of consumer behavior
Basic retail operations and selling principles
Ability to work in group setting
Team player
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Time management; deadlines to meet
Physical stamina to stand, arrange displays, and move products
Attention to detail and aesthetic appeal of displays
Flexibility with trend changes, customer taste, and seasons
Lighting techniques and their effects on products on display
Brand identity and its visual translation
Basic photography skills for capturing record of displays.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
Preferably a fine arts graduate.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and retail merchandising.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fashion and branding.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to execute and maintain standards.
Experience:
· At least two years hands on experiences in similar works in lifestyle or fashion retail sector.
