∎ Age 35 to 50 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to make and implement Group HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Act-2006, Factory Rules 2015, CFDS/ LPS/ NFPA/ BNBC/ RSC/ ALLIANCE/ NIRAPON & ILO convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
∎ Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
∎ Maintain the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
∎ Continues follow-up HR, Admin & Compliance activities with all the department.
∎ Ensure timely license renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage budgets and control expenses.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Prepare manpower planning, budgeting, TNA.
∎ Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with good and positive atmosphere.
∎ Resolve employee grievances and strong disciplinary action as per law.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
