Job Context:
∎ Department - Production
∎ Designation - Sr. IE Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Study and record time and motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
∎ Evaluate new Operator's skill assessment.
∎ Ensuring the appropriate layout (work distribution plan) of lines to facilitate an optimum performance.
∎ Ensuring the line lay out / machine lay out to feed the line as per plan.
∎ Ensuring the forecast for production line & achieve the plan forecast.
∎ Have to work experience as an IE, with Sewing, Embroidery, Cutting & Packing department.
∎ Need to do Floor balancing, absenteeism covering & monitoring hourly basis.
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level;
∎ Following the operator's performance;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3 to 5 Years working experience in related job.
