- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
- Masters
- PGDHRM will be given preference.
- The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
- Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.

- A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
Responsibilities & Context: - Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
- To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
- Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers` requirements
- Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
- Payroll management and Salary sheet checking.
- Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improves worker migration, reduce absenteeism.
- Any other task as assigned by the management.
