∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(Garments)
∎ Additional Requirements: The candidate must have sound knowledge on BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, Buyer COC audit.
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English (Spoken & Writing) is a must.
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hard Working.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ The applicant should have Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(Garments)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Updating and maintaining payroll records.
∎ Ensuring, maintaining and follow-up daily attendance of all employees.
∎ Ensuring, maintaining and posting leave of the employees in the database system.
∎ Prepare salary payment sheets that includes OT, Festival bonus, Annual Leave Encashment etc.
∎ Prepare final settlement sheet of the employees in case of job separation.
∎ Prepare maternity benefit bill in case of worker maternity leave.
∎ Entre new employee’s data in the database system.
∎ Employee's daily attendance status checkup and monthly attendance status report analysis.
∎ Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper) Report on payroll expenses
∎ Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
∎ Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes deductions.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
