A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.
The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.
Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.
Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers` requirements
Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all..
Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws, COC of different buyer`s and the organizations own code of conduct.
Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management or when required for the organization.
Develop plans of actions with factories, and assist in implementation accordingly.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
