  • A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English is very essential.

  • The applicant Sound knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer`s requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.

  • To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.

  • Should have Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure of SEDEX, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE, ISO, C-TPAT, and other certification programs.

  • Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers` requirements

  • Responsible for managing HR operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job description for all..

  • Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, formulation of different kinds of HR policies aligned with the local laws, COC of different buyer`s and the organizations own code of conduct.

  • Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.

  • To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management or when required for the organization.

  • Develop plans of actions with factories, and assist in implementation accordingly.

  • Any other task as assigned by the management.
