  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounts (preferably in interior/construction firm)

  • Must know Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principles

  • Good communication & record-keeping skills

  • Must have sufficient computing knowledge.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Perform all cash management/store management activities of different units of the company.

  • Manage inventories and prepare cash book, ledger, bills/invoices and vouchers on daily basis.

  • Maintain and update records timely and provide support in all other departmental activities.

  • Maintain salary records and prepare monthly payroll.

  • Manage petty cash transactions and day-to-day office expenses.

  • Keep track of client payments, outstanding dues, and follow-ups.

  • Record and report monthly income and expenses.

  • Maintain daily attendance, present and absent records.

  • Prepare salary sheets and coordinate with accounts for payroll.

  • Handle staff recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.

  • Maintain employee records, leaves, and other HR files.

  • Monitor office discipline and support employee engagement.
