Responsibilities & Context:
The Sr. Fashion Graphics Designer / Fashion Graphics Designer will take ownership of buyer-focused graphics readiness, leading end-to-end design development and ensuring speed, quality, and commercial accuracy across fast-fashion woven categories.
Product focus includes Ladies Tops (~60%), Men’s Tops/Bottoms (~30%), and Blazers (~10%).

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Develop high-quality garment graphics, prints, logos, placements, and production-ready artworks for export buyers
• Lead end-to-end graphics development from tech pack to final approval submission
• Create seasonal collections, fast-fashion graphics, embroideries, wash ideas, and mockups aligned with buyer direction
• Ensure speed, quality, and commercial accuracy across woven light to medium categories
• Interpret buyer tech packs and convert requirements into accurate commercial designs
• Ensure artworks meet buyer branding guidelines, print techniques, and production feasibility
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample, CAD, and Production teams for flawless execution
• Handle artwork revisions, strike-off comments, and urgent approvals within deadlines
• Maintain organized artwork libraries, buyer folders, and digital assets
• Stay updated on international fashion, streetwear, womenswear, menswear, and tailored graphics trends
