Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and conduct walk-in interview for Sales Forces recruitment
∎ Corporate Interview coordination
∎ Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires
∎ Maintain & update recruitment database
∎ Follow up pre/post joining formalities
∎ Assist in Interview Call
∎ Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals etc. to attract potential candidates)
∎ Conduct Walk-in Interview at outside of Dhaka
∎ Any task assigned by Supervisor
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Individual for our Talent Acquisition Team who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the sales force of Akij Venture Group. This role includes conducting walk-in interviews, coordinating corporate interview sessions, handling pre/post-joining formalities, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, this position requires periodic travel outside Dhaka for recruitment activities and supporting various HR functions as assigned by the supervisor.
