∎ PGD HR/experienced will get preference

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment well coordination knowledge and ensuring the work-related accessories of employee
∎ Payroll data maintain-Manpower Salary, attendance, absence, OT, leave register maintaining daily & monthly. *Manpower performance & efficiency build up
∎ Housekeeping check list and disciplinary follow-up, counselling. leading and implement good work environment
∎ Official circulate notice, letter issue in English-Bangla, meeting minutes, develop and implement policies and procedures on HR-Admin issues. Employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Employee benefit record maintain.
∎ All kinds of corporate legal issues document record maintain and coordinate
∎ Analytical & calculative reporting different tenure
∎ Any other s issues as per assign by management
∎ Must be dedicated & punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very good command in English & Computer excel analytical knowledge.
∎ Well manner and capable to build up employee good relation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Garments, Textile or Group of Company's
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
