∎ BBA in HRM/PGDHRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling the process of employee recruitment, selection, induction & confirmation.
∎ Record keeping of employee information related to payroll in HRIS
∎ Check the employee attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments
∎ Provide information to employees on payroll & deduction matters
∎ Calculation of final settlement
∎ Support the development and implementation of performance appraisal system across the Organization;
∎ Communicate policy and procedure changes/improvements to encourage HR best practices.
∎ Handle disciplinary procedure
∎ Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems
∎ Maintaining appropriate confidentiality of employee information
∎ Liaison with different Government, Regulatory and/or corporate bodies
∎ Promote awareness and acceptance of the Change Management process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
