• Master’s in Business Administration in any discipline.
• Candidates having post graduate diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference.

• At least 15 years at any reputed FMCG Company in related field.

• Capable in planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating work in a fast-changing environment;

• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills;

• Root-cause-analysis and quick decision-making ability;

• Strong analytical and communication ability;

• Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.

• Good command in Bengali and English.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.

• High level of professional integrity.

• Direct and implement the system for overall distribution operations- including route planning, order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management and transportation;

• Develop and implement a strategic distribution plan to ensure product availability across all channels;

• Analyze market trends and adjust distribution strategies to meet customer demand and company goals;

• Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing transportation costs and minimizing product damage;

• Collaborate with Sales and Production department to maintain inventory levels and minimize stockouts;

• Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.

• Lead, direct and drive continuous process improvements to reduce costs, improve quality and improve service levels;

• Prepare annual logistical budgets & operating objectives, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

• Negotiate contracts with Transport suppliers to ensure cost-effective distribution solutions;

• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business objectives;

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for distribution efficiency and effectiveness;

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations throughout the distribution network;

• Utilize technology and data analytics to improve distribution processes and decision-making;

• Lead, train, and manage a distribution team to achieve operational excellence and high service levels.
