∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGHRM,PGDHRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement company policies and procedures.
∎ To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ To improve workers and management relationships, communication with workers & staff, attend participation committee meetings and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Liaison with other Govt., non Govt. organizations & local bodies as and when required.
∎ To follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ To ensure worker availability for smooth operations.
∎ To maintain and update HR-related records and documents of all staff and workers in an efficient, timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
∎ To provide employee training, and develop, upgrade, and implement HR policies for establishing smooth operations.
∎ To maintain employee leave, attendance, and Vehicle Movement Register.
∎ Update employee's transfer, promotion, increment, and other information in HRERP.
∎ To prepare management reports.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Admin and Compliance: General HR, Bangladesh Labor Law, Human Resource Planning, Performance Management System, Teamwork and collaboration
